Short answers to what comes up most often, and a way to reach a human.
Frequent questions
There is no text for my song. Why?
We look for the lyrics in several open sources, and if none of them has it, we try to recognise the words from the audio. Underground and very new tracks often exist nowhere in writing, and recognition does not always succeed. On the track screen, «Find other lyrics» searches again and sometimes turns up a better version.
The translation or the explanation is wrong.
Both are generated by AI, and it does get things wrong — especially slang, wordplay and references. Treat what you read as a starting point, not as a verified fact. If a line is badly off, tell us the track and what is wrong with it.
What do the coloured marks next to the text mean?
They show how much we trust a text that was recognised from audio instead of found in writing. Green means the recognition was confirmed from several angles, yellow means only partly, red means read it with suspicion. Texts taken from written sources carry no mark at all.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and the translations work in English, Russian, Hebrew and Spanish. The song itself can be in any language — that depends on the model, not on a fixed list.
Is it free? What will the paid plan include?
Everything is free right now and nothing is being charged. A paid plan is planned for heavy use, with unlimited analyses. Its price and its terms will be shown before anyone is asked to pay.

Something broken, a wrong text, an idea? Write to us. It helps a great deal if you name the track — artist and title — and describe what you expected to see.
